About Wai Skills (Mō Wai Skills)
Wai Skills is the leading training provider in pool water quality and treatment training. NZQA accredited training is available through its industry organisational partners for individual unit standards through to New Zealand Certificate qualification level. Training can also as be developed or tailored to meet workplace requirements and staff language, literacy and numeracy needs.
Along with being aquatics treatment specialists Wai Skills also provides a range of specialised drinking-water and wastewater industry training and consultancy services.
Based in Te Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington) its training and consultancy services are provided nationwide in regional locations, onsite and online.
Wai Skills was setup to provide industry with access to quality and flexible training solutions and consultancy services from a recognised industry expert without the corporate cost.

About Me (Ko Wai Au)
Ko Sarah Cresswell tōku ingoa, ko Ngāti Kahungunu ki Wairoa
Owner Sarah Cresswell has over 25 years of experience in the water industry. She is passionate about adult education and providing pathways to educational success for the water industry.
Sarah started her water career as a Laboratory Technician with Works Consultancy where she then moved from the laboratory to the classroom and developed her passion for teaching.
She has extensive experience in the development of learning resources and the delivery of training and assessment to water industry staff throughout New Zealand, Australia, and the Pacific.
With a multi-disciplined skill set in drinking-water, wastewater, and aquatic treatment systems, she serves as a recognised technical industry expert for the Ministry of Health, Recreation Aotearoa and Skills Active.
